Episode Overview

Tony embarks on a whirlwind adventure during his layover in Bangkok, where he encounters an eccentric Westerner who introduces him to a variety of unique local delicacies. His journey continues in Singapore, where he meets with his book editor to savor the famed fish head curry in Little India. In the series finale, Tony returns to Bangkok to meet renowned chef and author Jerry Hopkins, whose book "Strange Foods" has greatly influenced Tony's culinary escapades and inspired some of his most daring dishes.
