Shaka Zulu (1986)

Episode Overview

Following the burial of the deceased, Farewell seeks assistance in constructing a boat to navigate back to Cape Town. Shaka consents but retains the majority of the group, including Dr. Fynn, as captives. Upon their arrival in Cape Town, Farewell and a Zulu delegation face disdain from Lord Somerset. Meanwhile, Shaka receives news of the birth of his son, but orders the child’s execution to eliminate any future threats to his throne. As Nandi’s health deteriorates, Shaka pleads with Dr. Fynn for her salvation.
