Episode Overview
Pingu encounters Pingo, who is excitedly playing with a new wind-up car. As Pingo sets it in motion, it crashes into a block, but when Pingu tries to help, Pingo refuses to let him. Pingo laughs as he winds it up again, but Pingu, eager to play, sticks out his foot, causing the car to crash. Pingu walks away, leaving Pingo frustrated. Afterward, Pingo's car only travels a short distance before falling apart. Meanwhile, Pingu rushes home to find his piggy bank, which disappointingly only contains a button. He walks past Grandfather, who learns of his sadness and takes him to a stall to buy a new car. Just after they leave, Mother also buys a car. Pingu, now happy, comes across Pingo, who is glum about his broken toy. Pingu laughs at his misfortune and starts his own car, but it soon stops, leading Pingu to
