S05E12 Like Father Like Pingu
Episode Overview
After bidding farewell to Mother and Pinga, Pingu and Father embark on a fishing adventure. Upon arriving at their chosen spot, they realize they need to dig a hole in the ice. Pingu struggles to pull out the large spade he’s stuck in the ice, so Father hands him a trowel and attempts to free the spade, only to break it instead. Taking over, Father painstakingly digs the hole. Pingu, eager to fish, swipes Father’s better rod, but Father quickly retrieves it, much to Pingu’s annoyance. As they fish, Pingu gets a bite, but when Father takes control, he loses it. Later, Father catches a fish, and although Pingu helps, it’s a tiny one, leaving Pingu amused while Father is disappointed. When Pingu hooks a larger fish, Father tries to claim it, leaving Pingu with the small catch. Before heading home, they consult a map, but Father insists on his route despite
