Episode Overview

Mother returns home with a large package, piquing Pingu's curiosity. He eagerly watches as she unwraps a knitting machine. Pingu excitedly tries on what he thinks is a hat, only for Mother to correct him—it’s actually a tea cozy. They head outside, where Mother places a sign to announce her knitting services. When Grandfather visits, Pingu enthusiastically shares the news about the machine. After Grandfather leaves, he emerges wearing a newly knitted scarf and mittens, gifting the scarf to Robby as they head off together. Back inside, Pingu can't resist playing with the wool despite Mother's warnings. She goes out with her finished knits, and seizing the moment, Pingu experiments with the machine, changing the wool colors. Just then, Pinga arrives, and together they feed in more wool, causing the scarf to grow uncontrollably. In a hilarious twist, they find themselves wrapped tightly in it when Mother returns.
