When Flex's father suffers a heart attack due to unhealthy eating habits, Flex resolves to embrace life to the fullest, treating each day as if it were his last. At the same time, Breanna's high school is buzzing with excitement for the upcoming Ghetto-Fabulous dance. Arnaz introduces his country cousin, who is eager to attend the dance but insists on getting a ghetto makeover from Breanna and Spirit first.
