A month later, Flex enlists the help of his fellow reporters to track down Nicole. Just then, she appears at his doorstep, safe and sound after returning from Africa. She explains that she and Jayden had managed to escape the jungle and spent a month living in a tent. Flex then drops a surprising revelation on her: they are still legally married, leaving Nicole in shock. Meanwhile, Josh offers support to Breanna during a tough time. Arnaz pushes Ginger to share the truth about the incident at the Burger Hut, but instead, Ginger complicates matters by claiming they slept together. In retaliation, she and Josh plot to hook up, only to be caught by Arnaz. He accuses Josh of conspiring with Ginger to break them apart. As tensions rise, Breanna intervenes, asking them both to leave, feeling uncertain about who to trust. Meanwhile, in divorce court, Judge Mablean addresses the fact that Flex and Nicole are still married, complicating their situation further
