In this exciting crossover with The Proud Family, the Prouds are gearing up for their Hawaiian getaway. Meanwhile, Lilo is busy preparing for the re-launch of Jumba & Pleakley's Bed Not Breakfast, eagerly anticipating the arrival of their guests, including Mr. Cooper, a Relaxing Times Magazine reviewer, and the Proud family, who are in town for Wizard Kelly's Smack-up Throw-down Hi-wyan Style Y'all. However, things take a turn when Suga Mama inadvertently activates Experiment 397, known as "Spats," sparking tensions among everyone. Now, it's up to Penny and Lilo to find a solution.
