After Sydney is captured by the NSC, Jack and Vaughn find themselves reluctantly teaming up with Sloane to save her. With only a few hours left before she’s subjected to an invasive procedure aimed at restoring her memories, they scramble to assemble a rescue team, led by the skilled freelance operative Brill (Richard Roundtree, "Shaft"). At the same time, Lauren grapples with a difficult decision — should she support the NSC, which she hopes is acting for the greater good, or stand by her husband’s side?
