Episode Overview

Henry Crabbe (Richard Griffiths) is assigned to oversee a jury that's trapped in a dreadful hotel while they deliberate on a fraud case. He must uncover who is threatening the jurors and the methods being used to manipulate them. Simultaneously, he supports the hotel’s skilled chef (John Thomson), who faces harsh treatment from the overbearing manager. Meanwhile, at Crabbe's restaurant, a rude diner is making life difficult for the new waitress, Sally (Marsha Thomason), adding to the day’s challenges.
