While Yūichirō's friends meet a tragic fate, his closest companion, Mikaela, is turned into a vampire by Krul Tepes, the vampire queen, and becomes her assistant. As Mikaela navigates his new existence, Yūichirō embarks on his own journey, starting his training to join the Moon Demon Company, determined to fight against the very creatures that threaten humanity. The two friends are now on divergent paths, each facing their own challenges in a world where loyalty and survival are put to the test.
