Delilah, Virginia's cousin facing financial hardships, unexpectedly shows up at the Chance household, intent on securing her part of Maw Maw's estate, unaware that Maw Maw is very much alive. The situation becomes even more awkward when Delilah reveals her lingering feelings for Burt. Meanwhile, Jimmy is tasked with looking after Maw Maw but quickly finds himself in a frenzy when she decides to take a joyride on Sabrina's moped.
