After neglecting to pay a street mime in the park, Mr. Bean finds himself being shadowed by the frustrated performer. In a twist of fate, the mime accidentally shatters Mrs. Wicket's water statue. In a bid to resolve the situation, Bean cleverly outsmarts the mime, capturing him while he's disguised as a living silver statue. He then cleverly uses this unexpected replacement to restore the damaged fountain, all while keeping his antics under wraps.
