Mr. Bean sets out to transform his room to resemble Buckingham Palace, choosing the same wallpaper that adorns the Queen's residence. At the same time, his landlady, Mrs. Wicket, becomes consumed by fantasies of royalty, declaring herself the Queen of the Street.
