Episode Overview

Kristen and Charlie end up sleeping together, but afterward, she becomes distant, explaining that her actions stem from her fear and illness. Meanwhile, Bailey is excited about planning a trip with Kate, but when he learns her father intends to send her to a boarding school in Connecticut, he discovers that Kate is actually willing to go. They argue, and in a moment of frustration, Kate offers to sleep with him, but Bailey declines, sensing she’s not sincere. Julia and Morgan go out on a date, with Nina advising Julia to be intriguing and make him envious. Claudia hears this and decides to try the same tactics to catch Arnie's eye. Later, Charlie confesses his love to Kristen, assuring her of his support, but she reveals her struggles with the possibility of having children.
