Episode Overview

After Jill gets into a car accident, Bailey becomes suspicious that she might be under the influence. Meanwhile, Julia and Justin inform his mother about their plans to go out, but Justin gets upset when he feels she’s spending too much time with his mom. Julia expresses her longing for a mother figure to confide in. Arnie's parents are splitting up, prompting Claudia to devise a scheme to reunite them, but it ultimately fails. Charlie is determined to improve his parenting skills for Owen, who surprises him by saying "dad." When Bailey seeks help from Jill's mother, she initially shows indifference, but later reaches out to Bailey for assistance, remorseful for her earlier behavior.
