Episode Overview
Julia feels uneasy when a teacher makes advances toward her, even asking for a ride home and attempting to kiss her. Distressed, she confides in Justin, who confronts the teacher. In a shocking turn, Mr. Peck accuses Julia of harassment to the Principal. Afraid, she considers switching classes, but Charlie encourages her to stand up to him. Meanwhile, Sarah receives a credit card and goes on a shopping spree to retaliate against her parents for their deceit. On her birthday, she and Bailey argue during dinner as he reminds her of her parents' love. Claudia spends time with Jody, and they swipe a bottle of rum from a bar, leading to drunken antics that upset Charlie. As he flirts with a waitress, her rejection stings, prompting him to call Kristen just to hear her voice again.
