Episode Overview

One of Charlie's clients makes a move on him, leading Emily to express her belief that it's premature for them to become intimate. Ultimately, Charlie ends up sleeping with the client. Meanwhile, Julia struggles in her computer class and seeks Miller's assistance as a tutor. When he unexpectedly kisses her, she pulls away, not wanting Justin's help. They strike a bargain: a date for an A. Bailey unexpectedly receives a scholarship from a mysterious benefactor, who probes into his family background during dinner. The next day, Bailey discovers yellow roses at his mother's grave, realizing the man is likely his grandfather. He invites him to meet the family, but the grandfather declines, prompting Bailey to state that he doesn’t want anything from him. Jake catches everyone off guard by introducing himself at the Salinger's family dinner.
