Episode Overview
Joe confides in Bailey about his theft from the restaurant, which he's been using to fund his divorce. Although Bailey helps by withdrawing money from his own account to cover Joe's debts, the group soon learns what’s happening and wants to address the issue. At an AA party, Bailey meets a girl who asks him to be her sponsor, but he declines, admitting he’s been drinking for the past two weeks. Meanwhile, Gus offers Charlie the factory, and after discussing it with Kristen, he decides to accept. Joe pressures Bailey to come clean about his drinking. Julia tells Adam she only wants friendship, but he later reveals his true feelings and kisses her. Daphne informs Charlie that she’s relocating to Texas with Diana.
