Episode Overview

When a competitor goes under, Charlie and Bailey seize the opportunity to attract their clients. However, the situation takes a serious turn when Mitch suffers a heart attack, prompting Charlie to ease up on production. One of the new clients presents Bailey with the chance to return to business school. Mitch advises Charlie to hold on to their hard-earned success, but after his passing, Charlie contemplates keeping the business small to prioritize family time. He invites Bailey to stay with him in the company. Meanwhile, Julia faces a pivotal choice—she turns down a speaking opportunity at a women's conference to accept a columnist position at a magazine focused on trivial topics. With Justin's encouragement, she realizes what she’s missing and decides to attend the conference after all. Tensions rise between Bailey and Will, leading to a confrontation. Holly calls off her wedding and plans to return to England, while Will opts to go back to college. Claudia receives acceptance letters from both Stanford and another prestigious school.
