Falcon Crest (1981)

Episode Overview

After a 12-year absence, Tony returns to Falcon Crest, stirring up resentment in Lance, who struggles with the idea of Tony resuming life at the vineyard as if nothing has transpired. Julia attempts to accommodate Tony's wishes, but Angela and Lance grow increasingly focused on their own duties. The real reason for Tony's return surfaces: he wants Julia to start anew, away from the vineyard. Julia ultimately rejects his proposal, unwilling to abandon her family and friends in San Francisco. Meanwhile, Chase grows increasingly worried about Maggie's new job as a newspaper writer in San Francisco, especially since she'll be working alongside Douglas Channing, Angela's ex-husband.
