Episode Overview
Angela confronts Nick Hogan, warning him not to align with Chase against her during the county supervisor meeting. She threatens to cancel her purchase of $17,000 worth of pipes if Nick supports the redistribution of Falcon Crest's water to competing vineyards. Undeterred, Nick votes with Chase, prompting Angela to caution Chase that his victory will lead to regret. Meanwhile, Emma vanishes after secretly granting Chase her proxy vote for her twenty percent stake in The Globe, a move that Angela had aimed for to gain influence over the newspaper's board. Richard stirs controversy by publishing an explosive article insinuating that Cole was responsible for Carlo Agretti's murder. When Richard proposes that Melissa sell the Agretti house, she begins to suspect his involvement in her father's demise. Cole is subsequently arrested after his fingerprints are discovered on the statuette used to kill Carlo.
