Michael learns about Terry's troubled history when Angela goes to great lengths to drive her out of Tuscany Valley. She hires Kate Mars, a former escort and friend of Terry, to reveal the truth. Angela also uncovers Philip's past mistakes by producing a cufflink found in a hotel where Jacqueline claimed to have spent the night with him. Frustrated by Angela's schemes, Philip denies the allegations and resigns. Meanwhile, Chase uncovers that Calvin Kleeger was merely a pawn for Angela in the wine business. Julia, disguised as a janitor, escapes from the mental hospital and makes her way back to Falcon Crest. Maggie finds out her severe headaches and dizziness are caused by a brain tumor. When Richard refuses to yield control of his racetrack to the cartel, Pamela is kidnapped and must decide between her loyalty to Richard and her own safety. Lance, seeking revenge for his mother's mental anguish, stalks Richard.
