Despite Sheriff Gilmore's inability to charge Jeff, Chase successfully secures a restraining order preventing any direct communication between Jeff and Maggie. However, Maggie discovers notes left by Jeff, revealing that he is still covertly observing her. Meanwhile, Melissa and Eric celebrate the groundbreaking of their new winery. Angela's accusations against Eric lead to a heated argument with Peter, who is furious at her behavior. Jordan seeks Greg's compassion, while Dwayne surprises Emma with a honeymoon cottage, which she is not thrilled about. After catching Li-Ying trespassing to monitor earthquake activity on the Gioberti property, Cole confronts her. Chase enlists B. Riley Wicker to look into Tuscany Downs' financing, leaving Richard on edge.
