Thanks to Richard's testimony, the S.E.C. imposes a record-breaking fine on Michael Sharpe. Lauren and her spouse confront him regarding his deceitful activities and their claim over Richard's children. Meanwhile, Frank's fixation on the deceitful Genele intensifies. Charley feels a sense of relief upon hearing about the apparent suicide of Emma's husband, as it removes the last barrier to his marriage proposal. When the court hands control of Falcon Crest to Emma, she feels daunted by the responsibility. However, her new husband Charley is eager to share his vision for the estate.
