Each team is assigned a BMG representative to help bring their concepts to life. Tensions rise when Nicole becomes frustrated with Mike’s input on her idea, insisting on doing things her way. Their conflict escalates into a heated argument in the streets of New York after Mike takes the van without informing her. Nicole's negativity dampens team morale, leading to their defeat by the Outkast team. She shockingly tells Coral that she is "glad her team lost," leaving everyone increasingly irritated with her.
