Episode Overview

Pedro's condition deteriorates, leading to a trip to the emergency room with a high fever of 104 degrees. As the group comes to terms with the gravity of his illness, they struggle to manage their emotions about his impending fate. Meanwhile, a bewildered Mohammed ends things with Stephanie, finds solace with a friend from San Diego, and later calls Stephanie in tears, seeking to mend their fractured relationship. In an attempt to escape the turmoil surrounding them, the friends decide to go horseback riding for a brief respite.
