Episode Overview
Rebecca enjoys lunch with Ricardo, who manages rap artist Sir-Mix-A-Lot. During their conversation, she reveals her lifelong dream of pursuing music, and he encourages her to try her hand at backup vocals. If they’re impressed, they’ll consider producing a song for her. Soon enough, Rebecca finds herself in a professional studio, recording a track for Mix-A-Lot. Meanwhile, Nathan is thrilled to learn he’s secured the coveted third DJ position left vacant by Irene. However, as their two-year anniversary approaches, he feels abandoned when Stephanie doesn’t call. After leaving a bar with a girl named Lisa, Nathan ends up feeling guilty and emotional about his relationship with Stephanie. When she visits again, he opts to keep his encounter with Lisa a secret, wanting to focus on rekindling their connection.
