Episode Overview

In the early hours in Atlanta, Officer Greg Dabny notices a vehicle lacking a tail light and attempts to pull it over, but the driver, a pants-less black male, flees. This man had previously abducted a young black woman in a silver dress at gunpoint, forcing her into his car for sexual acts. During the ensuing chase, he crashes the vehicle, causing her to tumble out with injuries.
