Episode Overview

In Independence, Missouri, a high-speed chase ensues when a woman behind the wheel of a stolen car collides with a police cruiser, rendering both vehicles inoperable. After her arrest, she urgently asks the officers to look after her little dog. Meanwhile, in Wichita, Kansas, police discover a stolen Honda Element parked at a gas station and apprehend a man who insists he was merely a passenger. Additionally, officers find a cyclist riding without lights. The female cyclist attempts to evade capture but ultimately crashes after hitting a curb.
