Episode Overview

Billie surprises Stephanie with tickets to a rock concert, but Archie puts his foot down and prevents her from going. Believing that Billie and Stephanie sneaked off to the show anyway, Archie teams up with Barney to track them down at the concert. However, their plans take a turn for the worse when they end up getting arrested instead.
