'Allo 'Allo! (1984)

Episode Overview

René attempts to evade the seconds of Monsieur Alphonse, the undertaker, but Lieutenant Gruber steps in to take his place in the duel. Meanwhile, the Colonel and the Captain hatch a scheme to save René by staging an "accidental" death for Monsieur Alphonse. Their plot is soon derailed by Herr Flick, who realizes that the sausage sent to Berlin, supposedly containing the painting of the Fallen Madonna with the Big Boobies, was empty—neither real nor fake. Suspecting the Colonel and Captain of stealing the artwork, he arrests them and cancels the exercise. This leaves René to face the duel alone, while Yvette and Maria mourn, and his wife Edith catches up on the latest gossip.
