Episode Overview

As the Captain relaxes in the café, Herr Flick from the Gestapo eavesdrops on René’s conversation with London over the radio. He quickly deciphers the message about a plan to tunnel from the mortuary to conceal the British airmen. However, it becomes clear that the two airmen and Monsieur Alphonse require assistance with the digging, prompting the café staff to join in. Meanwhile, Madame Fanny and Leclerc remain behind in the café. The Colonel and the Captain trail René, uncover the tunnel, and end up captured at the prisoner-of-war camp.
