Episode Overview
Carmine is at the girls' apartment, asking Laverne to mend his pants after a dog chewed on them. Just then, Rhonda bursts in with exciting news: she’s landed a lead role in a new movie/musical about a legendary ex-boxer. She encourages Carmine to audition, claiming he’d be a perfect fit for the role of Rocky. They plan to meet at Cowboy Bills to practice a scene. When Laverne later walks in on them rehearsing an intimate moment, she misinterprets the situation and slaps Carmine, believing he’s cheating on Shirley. Furious, she storms out. Squiggy arrives, offering to help Carmine prepare for the audition. At the audition, a long line of hopefuls awaits. Squiggy manages to distract the secretary, while Lenny sneaks into the office. Moments later, he emerges with a bandage on his head, covered in ketchup, claiming he’s never endured such a beating.
