Alicia, who seems to have overcome her previous issues, comes back to Smallville eager to rekindle her romance with Clark. However, when he hesitates to deepen their relationship, Alicia introduces him to red kryptonite, leading them to impulsively fly to Las Vegas for a spontaneous wedding. Meanwhile, Lana contemplates whether reigniting her physical connection with Jason might be the secret to winning him back.
