Tobias, a boy who lost his sight during a meteor shower, discovers he can sense other meteor freaks. Lex exploits this gift, using Tobias to track down individuals with powers for his experiments. Concerned that Tobias might expose Clark as one of these freaks, Lana proposes a cornea transplant to ensure his silence. However, Tobias reveals unexpected information that changes everything.
