Oliver is confronted by his dark history when The Dark Archer, his old mentor, resurfaces with a vendetta. Targeting Lois and Chloe, The Dark Archer kidnaps Mia, also known as "Speedy," to hurt Oliver. As Oliver prepares to confront his past, he finds himself on the brink of a dangerous decision.
