Smallville (2001)

Episode Overview

Dr. Bernard Chisholm, who was resurrected by the Kandorians for experimentation, manages to escape and takes a few of them hostage to demonstrate that aliens have infiltrated Earth. He seeks Lois's help to publish a story supporting his claims, but when she declines, he abducts her as well. To protect his own kind, Zod disguises himself as a Daily Planet journalist and discovers Bernard's hidden lab. Just as Clark shows up at the lab, he witnesses Zod being shot.
