Episode Overview

Tess orchestrates a complex scheme to capture Green Arrow and hands him over to Amanda Waller, who informs him that the government wants him for a special mission. Before they can unmask him, Green Arrow manages to escape. Once free, Oliver updates Clark and Chloe, and the trio begins to look into the situation, only for Clark to find John Jones also investigating Oliver's abduction. Clark picks up on John's reluctance to share everything he knows. The revelations intensify when Tess discloses that Amanda is searching for something called "Watchtower." Waller then threatens Chloe's life unless Clark provides the identities and locations of his fellow Justice League members.
