Episode Overview

Larry, raised by parents who insisted on hard work, has chosen a life of crime as an act of rebellion. Now, he consumes a fifth of brandy daily, despite being a spiritual man whose beliefs discourage alcohol. Meanwhile, Megan is grappling with her own issues. After her mother divorced and remarried, Megan felt like an outsider in her new family. This sense of alienation led her to addiction and even prostitution to fund her habit. Will an intervention help Larry regain acceptance in his spiritual community, and can Megan still pursue her aspirations of becoming a lawyer or professor?
