Episode Overview

Donna Chavous, the interventionist, must reassess her approach to Janine's intervention since she's currently incarcerated. Meanwhile, Jim Reidy, another interventionist, sits down with Nicole's family to discover the circumstances that led her to a life on the streets. In a different struggle, 38-year-old Bill, a heroin addict, supports his habit by selling clean needles to fellow users. Additionally, the city of Philadelphia plans a large-scale eviction in Kensington aimed at clearing out addicts from the area.
