Title: Trent Plot: At 33, Trent is trapped in a debilitating heroin addiction, stemming from a turbulent upbringing marked by abuse and his parents' divorce. For over 22 years, he has battled substance dependency, undergoing numerous treatment attempts without success. He has lost significant weight, his home, job, and finances to his escalating addiction. Now suffering from hepatitis C and malnutrition, Trent resorts to theft to fund his habit, injecting heroin up to ten times daily. His long-time girlfriend remains supportive, offering her home during harsh nights and urging him to seek help, but Trent feels defeated, believing recovery is futile. Despite his love for her and a yearning to reclaim his life and culinary dreams, addiction has taken control. Will his friends and estranged mother help him find a way back to who he once was?
