Episode Overview

John, who struggles with type one diabetes, neglects his health by avoiding regular blood sugar checks and insulin shots. Having faced years of isolation and feeling like an outsider, he yearns to blend in and indulges in whatever food he desires, ignoring the consequences of his condition. He has been hospitalized several times and has even faced near-coma episodes. His parents are torn; they want to put an end to his reckless behavior but are too afraid to kick him out, fearing he might not survive on his own.
