Episode Overview

A dead man is discovered in a hotel, having transported 72 condoms filled with heroin intended for Luther Mahoney. Seizing the moment, the department initiates "Operation Get Luther." The plan nearly unfolds successfully, but things take a turn when Luther seizes Lewis' gun, holding it on him just as Kellerman and Stivers arrive. Meanwhile, Frank and Tim decide to team up again, and Tim visits his uncle. Munch receives a call from an inmate wanting to provide information on a supposedly closed murder case, linked to digging in section C of a racetrack's parking lot. Munch learns that the alleged victim is alive, but his time is short.
