Episode Overview

A brutal attack leaves a young woman fighting for her life, prompting Falsone and Lewis to respond to the scene. Stivers, now with the Sex Crimes unit, arrives second but must defer to Homicide since they were first on the scene. This incident marks the third attack in just three months, leading the department to collaborate on the investigation. Meanwhile, Frank's wife is overdue, and Tim suggests a restaurant renowned for salads that supposedly induce labor. As Frank takes a chance on the salad, Georgia Rae Mahoney contacts Kellerman about surveillance footage from Luther's condo. Kellerman retrieves the old equipment, and a new suspect emerges after recaning bars. While Frank's wife ultimately gives birth, complications arise, forcing him to contemplate the demanding nature of his job.
