After the conflict in New Bern, the residents of Jericho start to focus on rebuilding their town. The Cheyenne government takes a keen interest in the situation. As the Cheyenne officials work to resolve the tensions between Jericho and New Bern, Heather makes her comeback. At the same time, Rob is surprised by the arrival of an old friend in Jericho.
