To lift Helen's spirits after her disappointment in an art competition, her mother plans to bake her a cake. However, when a flower order needs immediate attention, Martha and Skits take over the baking task. Meanwhile, the bath-averse Martha enlists TD's dad to whip up a perfume that can mask her dog's strong odor.
