Donkey Kong and Diddy are tasked with watching Baby Kong, but their responsibilities take a wild turn when the baby carriage unexpectedly rolls off, straight into the clutches of K. Rool. To their surprise, K. Rool becomes quite fond of Baby Kong and sees him as a potential successor to his throne.
