Episode Overview

Under the guidance of her therapist, Syd (Melina Kanakaredes) decides to take part in a "Speed Dating" event, while Joanie (Paula Cale) tries her luck on the dating series "Blind Date," hosted by Roger Lodge (playing himself). Meanwhile, Phil (guest star Dan Montgomery) looks after Hannah (Tessa Allen). Although Joanie's date isn't the right fit, a spark of romance may still be on the horizon. In another twist, Robbie (Seth Peterson) sells his skis to purchase a sewing machine for Tina (Maria Pitillo), who in turn sells her sewing machine for ski tickets for Robbie. Additionally, Jim (Mike Farrell) forms a new friendship with a woman at rehab. Concetta Tomei also stars. TV-PG
