Episode Overview

After Michael accidentally burns his foot on his George Foreman grill, he demands that the entire office accommodate his injury. When his coworkers resist, Michael becomes frustrated and enlists a man in a wheelchair to emphasize the dignity of disabled individuals. Meanwhile, Dwight’s behavior takes a peculiar turn as he becomes unusually kind and helpful to Pam. It’s only at the end of the day that the staff discovers Dwight has a concussion from a car accident earlier, which was overshadowed by Michael's antics. Jim and Michael rush him to the hospital, leaving Michael feeling neglected by the medical staff’s attention on Dwight.
